As a regular New Forest wedding photographer I am ready for a variety of conditions but we were all in for a perfect day as the sun shone on Anne and David’s special summer day.
I first met Anne and David following a recommendation from the wedding team at at Rhinefield House, one of several New Forest wedding locations where my experience has given confidence to couples in making their important day extra special.
I believe a successful photographic story of the wedding day is founded on a strong personal relationship with the Bride and Groom and I was made to feel like part of their family from the start. I knew a special day was to unfold for Anne and David on what turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year.
Anne looked so glamorous in her stunning wedding dress and a coral colour scheme with lots of flowers from Exclusively Weddings made for a beautifully colourful setting. After a small dose of rain 5 minutes before the ceremony the sun shone and made for a memorable outdoor ceremony. The gorgeous Outdoor ceremony area is surrounded by the beautiful rural New Forest and the stunning Rhinefield House. It always produces a day full of colour, history and drama.
A myriad of pastel and action packed confetti photograph was captured as the couple walk up the aisle after their ceremony followed by an amazing rendition, with accompanying props, of ‘the owl and the pussycat’ to open the wedding breakfast. What a show! 🙂
Before long it was time for me to leave this beautifully intimate New Forest wedding and I couldn’t help thinking what a wonderful day was had by all.
Anne and David had a day to remember, recording their wedding story in the images that follow was a true pleasure….
